The clutch pedal has always been heavy to depress on Defenders, various alterations seem to have made some models easier than others but even the best versions are tiresome in traffic leaving drivers fatigued and frustrated.
The Red Booster servo clutch kit makes the clutch on your Defenders much easier to depress making your driving a more pleasurable experience and reducing the effort required particularly when manoeuvring or stop starting in traffic.
Working in a similar way to the braking system with a servo-assisted system, it is mounted between the pedal and master cylinder and uses a vacuum from the inlet manifold to reduce the amount of pressure needed on the pedal to operate the clutch.
